The AI and your consent
Updated 29 September 2026
Naya replies with an AI model (from OpenAI) only if you agree to it. The "I agree" box is never ticked for you, and "Not now" counts as a no.
- For each reply, only what it needs is sent: your message, the current conversation, patterns worked out on your phone and a few lines of your profile. Never your first name, your email or your whole journal.
- Our server passes it on to OpenAI without your identifier and keeps neither your question nor the reply: it only counts your requests for the day. OpenAI does not keep the reply for later use and does not train its models on it.
- Without your yes, Naya still guides you with ready-made questions and replies, and your journal works as usual.
- You can change your mind at any time in Profile → About you → Naya's replies.
Naya's replies are there to help you reflect, not to give medical advice. More in the privacy policy: Profile → Help & feedback → Privacy & terms.
