Naya & Milo

Terms of use

Updated 5 October 2026

This is a translation. The French version is the reference and prevails in case of any difference.

These terms of use cover the Naya & Milo app for iPhone and Android and the nayamilo.app website. They are an agreement between you and Riad Mahi, a sole trader (74 allée des Ifs, 73220 Aiton, France, “we” or “us”). By using the app, you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

1. The service

Naya & Milo is a health and wellness journal. You tell it about your day (pain, cycle, sleep, mood, treatments, appointments), Naya writes it down, Milo spots leads in what you wrote, and the app prepares a report you can show your doctor.

If you have agreed to it, Naya replies with the help of artificial intelligence (see section 4). If not, she guides you with questions and replies prepared in advance.

2. What Naya & Milo is not

  • It is not a medical device. The app does not diagnose, does not say what causes your symptoms and does not recommend any treatment, or any change to a treatment.
  • A lead is not a cause. The links Milo spots (for example between short nights and your pain) are observations to discuss with a health professional, not conclusions.
  • It does not replace a carer. Talk to your doctor, pharmacist or another professional before any decision about your health, and never delay seeing one because of something the app says.

3. In an emergency

The app is not an emergency service and no one reads what you write in real time. In an emergency, call your local emergency number: 112 anywhere in the European Union, 15 in France. If you are thinking about suicide, call a crisis line in your country (3114 in France, 24/7).

If what you write suggests you may be in danger, the app shows help numbers for your country. It never calls or alerts anyone for you.

4. The AI’s replies

When you have agreed to it, Naya’s replies, her summaries and your report are written by an artificial intelligence model. You are then talking to a program, not a person.

An AI can be wrong, misunderstand or miss a detail. Check what matters to you and keep a critical eye. The charts Naya shows are drawn from your own journal, and the app asks you before saving a note, a reminder or a question she suggests.

You can withdraw your agreement at any time in your profile. What is sent, and what never is, is explained in the privacy policy.

5. Your account

You can start without an email or a password. Linking an account with your email address lets you get your journal back on another phone. You sign in with a code or a link sent by email.

You must be at least 15 years old to use the app. You are responsible for access to your phone and your mailbox. If you think someone has accessed your account, write to support@nayamilo.app.

6. Free and Premium

The free version includes the journal, evening check-ins, reminders, basic leads and 10 replies from Naya a day.

Premium adds unlimited Naya (within reasonable personal use), the doctor report as a PDF, advanced leads, weather as a factor and charts in the conversation.

  • Free trial: 7 days, once per store account. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
  • Price: €6.99 a month or €49.99 a year, taxes included, in France. The price shown in the App Store or Google Play when you buy is the one that applies, including in other countries and currencies.
  • Payment and renewal: the subscription is sold and billed by Apple or Google, with the payment method of your store account. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
  • Cancelling: in your Apple or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Naya & Milo account does not cancel the subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their own rules. We cannot refund a purchase made on their stores.
  • Right of withdrawal: when you start Premium, you ask to use it straight away. You can use your 14-day right of withdrawal with Apple or Google, on their terms.
  • Price changes: Apple or Google tell you in advance, and ask for your agreement where their rules require it.

If Premium ends, nothing you wrote is locked or deleted. Only the Premium features close.

7. Inviting someone

You can share your invite code. When someone enters it in the app and uses the app for a few days, you each get free days of Premium. The number of days, the days of use required and the yearly limit are shown in the app when you invite.

  • The code must be entered from an account created less than 14 days before, and never your own.
  • If you already have Premium through the App Store or Google Play, no days are added.
  • Free days cannot be exchanged or refunded and have no cash value.
  • We may refuse a reward in case of abuse (fake accounts, codes posted for profit), and change or stop the programme at any time. Rewards already pending stay due.

8. What you agree not to do

  • use the app for anything other than your own personal tracking;
  • try to get around the limits, misuse the AI or make it produce illegal or dangerous content;
  • access other people’s data, disrupt the service or try to get around its security;
  • copy, decompile or resell the app, or extract its content by automated means;
  • record information about another person without the right to do so.

9. Your content

What you write belongs to you. You only allow us to keep it, back it up and process it to run the app for you, within the privacy policy and the choices you made. We don’t sell your data and don’t use it for advertising.

You can export your whole journal from your profile and delete your account at any time.

The app, its name, illustrations, texts and code belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to use them for your private use, as long as you follow these terms.

10. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the app working well and your data protected, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your phone up to date, and turn on the backup if you want to be able to get your journal back.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for health decisions based on the app alone, or for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits our obligations to you as a consumer, or our liability for gross negligence, fraud or personal injury.

11. Ending the service

You can stop at any time: delete your account from your profile, then the app. Remember to cancel your subscription with Apple or Google.

We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms, after warning you when possible. If we stop Naya & Milo, we will tell you at least 30 days before, so you can export your journal.

12. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when the app changes. For an important change, we will tell you in the app before it applies. If you don’t agree, you can stop using the app and delete your account.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, and the French version prevails. If you live in another European Union country, you keep the protection of that country’s mandatory rules.

If we disagree, please write to support@nayamilo.app first: we will look for a solution together. You can also go to the consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, www.cm2c.net. Failing an agreement, the courts set by law have jurisdiction.
