For life with chronic pain
Tell your day.
Naya keeps the rest.
Chronic pain, migraine, endometriosis, arthritis: on the hard days and the good ones, tell Naya in your own words, like you would a friend. She logs it, Milo spots what eases or worsens your pain, and you walk into appointments with a clear report.

Naya is listening
The conversation
Tell it like you’d tell a friend.
No forms to fill, no sliders to set. One sentence is enough: Naya understands, puts each thing in its place and leaves you in peace.

In your own words
Write or talk, even three words. “Back 6, slept badly” is enough.

Everything in its place
Pain, sleep, mood, treatments: Naya logs it without ten questions.

Gentle reminders
A small note in the evening if you like. Never a streak, never guilt.
Back at 6 this morning, awful night, barely 5 hours. Loads of pressure at work, but I walked 20 min at lunch.

Milo, the curious one
Milo finds the leads.
Milo reads back through your weeks and counts what travels together: sleep, weather, stress, cycle, coffee, activity. Leads to explore with your doctor. Never a diagnosis, never a cause.

Sleep and pain · 14 days
Your migraines come more often after a night under 6 hours.
7 times out of 9
On days the pressure drops, your back more often goes above 5.
5 days out of 7
Your pelvic pain rises in the two days before your period.
3 cycles out of 3
Possible factors, not culprits
Illustrative examples. A lead, not a cause: many things travel together in a day, Milo only counts them.
Day 24
Period expected in 3 to 6 days
Cycle and life stages
Your cycle, and every stage around it.
Painful periods, ovulation, PMS, contraception, perimenopause, postpartum: Naya follows what you live, at the stage you are in. And if the cycle isn’t yours to track, it simply stays hidden.
Periods and endometriosis
Every flare dated, how strong, what helped. Facts, not memories.
Perimenopause
Hot flushes, waking up, mood: your weeks become readable.
Postpartum
Thirty seconds, one-handed, when you can. The rest can wait.
PMS and mood
See what comes back before your period, and stop feeling alone with it.
The doctor report
A clear report for your doctor.
Thirty days read in two minutes, instead of remembered in ten. You walk into the appointment with facts.

What you said matters as much as the numbers.

Leads, shown as leads
Observations, never conclusions.

“I have to cancel work two days a month, and I’m told it’s normal.”
A lead is not a cause. Prepared with Naya & Milo, a wellness app, not a medical device.

Sound familiar?
Made for lives that hurt, sometimes.
Periods that pin you to bed, and being told it’s normal.
Every flare dated and described, so you reach the doctor with facts.
Night shifts, and the migraine that follows.
Milo checks whether your attacks follow the shifted nights, the coffee or the weather.
Perimenopause, and nights in pieces.
One sentence in the morning, and your weeks finally make sense.
A baby in your arms, and your back in pieces.
Thirty seconds, one-handed. Gentle reminders, never blame.
Years of back pain, and no wish to talk about it for hours.
“Back 6, slept badly.” That’s enough, Naya gets the rest.
Anxiety that rises without warning.
Say what’s happening. Naya helps you breathe, Milo spots what comes back.
Arthritis at 67, with your daughter helping you keep track.
Simple words, and a report to print for the rheumatologist.

Questions
Straight answers.
Does Naya & Milo diagnose anything?
No. It’s a wellness app, not a medical device: it doesn’t diagnose, treat or cure anything. Milo suggests leads to discuss with a health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe).
Do I need an account?
No. Open the app and start. You can link an account later if you want your days on another phone.
Where is my data?
Your journal lives on your phone first. If you turn on backup, a copy is kept on servers in the European Union, readable only from your account. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising. Our usage statistics never contain what you write, your symptoms, your treatments or your cycle.
What does the AI see?
Nothing until you say yes. Then only what the answer needs is sent, and our AI service does not keep what you write. You can change your mind anytime: without AI, Naya guides you with ready-made replies.
Why no streaks, calories or weight?
Because a bad week doesn’t need a counter falling back to zero. We reward being here, never absence. And we never show calories or weight.
What if I stop Premium?
Everything you wrote stays. Only the Premium features close, and you can come back whenever you like.
Is it for men too?
Yes. Chronic pain, migraine, anxiety, arthritis, sleep: Naya listens to everyone. Cycle tracking only appears if it concerns you.
Which phones?
iPhone and Android.
