Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time, on iPhone and Android alike.

In the app: open Profile → Account & backup → Delete account, then confirm with Delete my account. It happens at once.

What goes: your account and everything it holds on our servers: the backed-up journal, your photos, your conversations with Naya, the facts Naya kept, your consents, your "Tell us" messages, your usage statistics and your phone's notification token.

What stays:

• The journal on your phone. Delete the app to erase it too.
• Purchase records, which the law asks us to keep, detached from your account so they no longer point to you.
• Your subscription, if you have one: deleting the account does not cancel it. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Without the app: write to support@nayamilo.app from your account's email address and ask us to delete it. We confirm once it is done, within one month at most.

Copies in our host's own backups disappear as those backups roll over.
